DocumentLaunchPack AI provides AI-assisted business document preparation, organisation, and general information. It does not replace professional advice. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the workspace, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About DocumentLaunchPack AI

The service helps you prepare and organise business documents using guided setup, templates, and (where available) AI-assisted drafting and editing. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorised access.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to use the service lawfully and to:

• Review outputs before relying on them or sharing them externally.
• Maintain backups where appropriate for your business needs.
• Comply with applicable laws, licences, and obligations in your jurisdiction.

5. AI-assisted templates and information

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions that do not fit your situation. You remain responsible for validating content and adapting it for your business.

6. No legal, tax, accounting, WHS, employment, or licensing advice

Nothing in the service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, work health and safety, employment, or licensing advice. You should consult qualified professionals where required.

7. Document review responsibility

Documents are tools to help you organise and communicate your business operations. You are responsible for final review, approval, and use, including any filings, signings, or disclosures.

8. Subscriptions, one-time packs, trials, billing

Pricing and entitlements may be presented in-product. Current marketing descriptions include:

• Free Trial: 15 days of trial access; Proof Before Build users may receive 20 days, as described at purchase or onboarding.
• Starter Pack: $34.99 one-time.
• Full Launch Pack: $79.99 one-time.
• Vault: $29/month after trial.
• Vault Pro: $59/month after trial.

Taxes, currency presentation, and Stripe checkout details may vary based on configuration. If a price or entitlement conflicts between marketing copy and checkout, the checkout terms at the time of purchase generally control for that transaction.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases may be final. For subscriptions, you can cancel renewal through billing controls or the customer portal where available; cancellation typically stops future charges but may not refund prior billing periods unless stated otherwise.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support with your account email and invoice details.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by attempting to:

• Access non-public systems, other users' data, or circumvent security controls.
• Use the service to generate unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service in ways that harm availability.

11. User content and business documents

You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service (including AI processing where enabled).

12. Intellectual property

We own the service, branding, software, and template structures (excluding your underlying business content). You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service according to these Terms.

13. Service availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocumentLaunchPack AI and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated documents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (unless a higher minimum applies under law).

15. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the platform, or legal requirements. Certain provisions survive termination where reasonable (for example, disclaimers and liability limits).

16. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
