Getting started

Create an account, complete the Business Setup Wizard, and review your recommended document list. When you are ready, start generation and track progress from your dashboard.

Creating your launch pack

Your launch pack is built from your business profile and selected packs. Generation runs in the workspace so you can monitor each document, open Quick View, and download when ready.

Editing documents

Open any document from the dashboard to edit content in the editor. Save changes regularly. If your plan includes AI editing, use the assistant controls inside the document experience.

Downloading your documents

Use per-document downloads or pack export options in the workspace (availability depends on your plan and access period). Keep local backups for important files.

Using the compliance calendar

The compliance calendar suggests recurring reminders based on your setup. Mark items complete, adjust dates to match your operations, and treat reminders as prompts to verify requirements with official sources.

Using the source library

The source library links to official and reputable guidance for your region and industry. Use it to validate obligations; links and guidance can change over time.

Billing and plans

Plans include a free trial (15 days, or 20 days for Proof Before Build users where applicable), one-time Starter and Full Launch packs, and ongoing Vault subscriptions. See Pricing for current descriptions.

Account and security

Use a strong password and keep your login private. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact support. Review the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Troubleshooting

If a page fails to load, try a refresh and confirm you are online. If document generation fails, retry once the service is responsive and check that required setup fields are complete. Persistent errors are best reported via Contact with what you were doing and the approximate time.
